Refunds & Exchanges
We have a strict no exchange, no refund, and no return policy. All orders are final.
As all our pieces are made to order, tailored to your chosen size and length for the perfect fit, and created with sustainability in mind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a fault on our part regarding size, length, or style. If you simply change your mind or do not like the item once received, we are unable to process any returns.
Once your order is confirmed, Jellyfish Abayas is under no obligation to accept requests for alterations or exchanges. Any such requests will only be considered based on the company’s availability and discretion.
Exceptions to the Policy:
The only exception to this policy is if you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order. In such cases, we will require clear photos to assess the issue. If the damage or error is confirmed to be from our side, we will replace the item. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
All of our pieces undergo thorough quality checks by our quality control team before they are shipped out to ensure they meet our high standards.
