Shipping
Order Processing & Shipping Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For local orders, delivery typically takes 1-2 days after the pickup notification. You will receive an email once your order has shipped, along with your tracking number for easy monitoring.
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and additional fees, which are determined when the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Jellyfish Abayas.
Order Status & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
